SUMNER HOLLINGSWORTH
President
Sumner Hollingsworth is focused on single tenant retail product, working with National REITS, built-to-suit developers, QSR franchisees, and private equity groups on a national level. His advisory services include acquisitions & dispositions, portfolio management, connecting expanding tenants with built-to-suit developers, and raising private capital for single tenant retail investments, developments & syndications. His product specialization includes built-to-suit projects, sale-leasebacks, and portfolio dispositions. At NNN, Sumner relies on direct relationships with private California investors which account for nearly 40% of the nation’s buyer pool for single tenant retail investments.
Sumner Hollingsworth, has closed over 200 transactions in excess over $1 Billion in the net leased space. Sumner received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut in 2004 and holds a real estate brokerage license in the state of California since 2007. He is a active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a 2010 designee with Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) and in August 2014 obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California.
